Cooking has been a passion of mine ever since I was tall enough to reach the kitchen table. Many of my recipes are inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine, yet living in California, I also integrate Latin and Asian flavors. All my dishes are made from scratch using, whenever possible, seasonal and organic produce from farms, ranches and fisheries guided by principles of sustainability.
R.S.V.P. Catering does not offer standardized menus, instead I prefer to work with my clients to customize and create the perfect menu for their unique occasion.
